How it works
Here is exactly what happens after you order, so there are no surprises.
Step by step
Choose your report and fill in your birth details: date, time and place of birth. Write your main question in the box. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. You get an order email straight away.
During working hours, we email or call you to fix a time for your 15-minute talk with our astrologer. Pick a slot that suits you.
Your chart is calculated, and an astrologer from our panel studies it with your question in mind.
The astrologer answers your main question, confirms two or three past events in your life to check that your birth time is right, and tells you what to look at first in your report.
Your personalised report reaches your email as a secure download link. It is yours to keep.
If anything in the report is unclear, reply to the delivery email. Once a month we may send a short transit note, only if you agreed to emails.
Birth-time check
It happens more than people think. Hospital clocks, family memory and rounding (“around 6 in the morning”) all cause small errors, and a small error can change your lagna.
That is why our astrologer checks your past events on the call. If they don’t fit the chart, the astrologer works out a corrected time from those events (this is called birth time rectification) and we redo your report at no extra cost.
