Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our aim is simple: you should never feel stuck with something you paid for.

Before your call

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your astrologer call starts and before our astrologer begins work on your report. Email care@ancientjyotish.com with your order number.

After the call or after work has started

Your report is prepared by hand for you, so we cannot refund once the call has happened or the reading has begun. Instead:

• Wrong birth time: if your past events don't fit your chart, we correct the time and redo the report free.
• A mistake on our side (wrong name, wrong details, missing section, wrong language): we fix it free within 24 hours of your email.
• Not delivered within 24 hours of payment for a single report (48 hours for the Life Blueprint): you may ask for a full refund or wait for delivery. Your choice. To be confirmed

Consultations

Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your slot for a full refund or a new slot. A missed call without notice can be rescheduled once. To be confirmed

How refunds are paid

To the same payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we approve it.
